Equidistant between Alcácer and Évora, we find Vila do Torrão. Between the montane as far as the eye can see and the calm waters of the Vale do Gaio dam, just touching this village, Torrão guarantees those who visit it a truly authentic experience through the best that the Alentejo has to offer.

Walking slowly through its streets, as is recommended in southern lands, we quickly realized how this village knew how to remain faithful to itself and to the rhythm of its people, while knowing how to adapt to the demands of our days.

Did you know that Estrada Nacional 2 crosses Vila do Torrão, from km 565 to km 566? This is the only town in the District of Setúbal and Municipality of Alcácer do Sal through which the N2 passes and, for this reason, it receives, throughout the year, numerous visitors from the most diverse origins.

Take a break, visit the village, discover its Heritage and don't forget to stop by the Torrão Parish Council to stamp the passport, receive a diploma and souvenirs.
